1. the eyeliner at the bottom is too obvious, also u can see where you went back over it with more opacity in the brush in certain spots.
2. the 'cracks' on the skin look like they need a better/different blend on the layer, they look like they sit on the skin too much and aren't a part of it.
3. there's a few lashes that got colored red, and they probably should have kept their original white glare (but THAT'S nitpicking!)
I gotta say this is really good work for ur 1st! I like how you added in longer lashes, they look great! The red eye shadow is a mixed feeling tho, the right side looks good, but the left starts reminding me of a PS brush :\.
Finally, as for the fire in the eye, that just depends on your preference and what you were going for. I think it looks good as it seems the fire is literally in the eye, which is a cool concept, but you may not have been going for that, so I can see where it may not have come out how you envisioned it.
Overall, this is a really good piece! I listed those because you asked for them, really the only thing I would have thought if I wasn't asked was about the eyeliner, other than that it's good! ^_^
